The
Magic of Kids show included a magician standing in front of
the building shown above doing the same magic tricks that
every other magician in the world does. I would suspect
that the magician owned the tricks and sold his wares as a
canned act to the park.
This show was one of the smaller
acts. The big event took place under as huge
circus tent that can be seen from the parking lot as you
entered. Someone came out and sang (to a prerecorded
band track) and had lines and some other patter.
For about seven years, I
produced and directed corporate videos and large business
theatrical productions. I say that to illustrate the
fact that when I saw these two shows, I knew that there were
not some little "puppet show" that someone whipped
up in their basement. They were professionally
produced shows. I asked someone working there where the
band tracks came from and who created the show. They
mentioned the name of a company that was in some distant
state. They told me the entire production was contracted
out to a company whose job it was to create theme show
productions.

WORKED there) be sure to fill out the form under What
do you remember?
